Adrian Pollock had just joined the Donate Vehicle Raleigh NC cause. He had been very interested in it ever since he had moved to North Carolina from Minnesota. His aunt Mae had passed away from breast cancer a couple of years before and he had been very close to her. Having never fully recovered, Adrian kept looking for productive ways to deal with her death; but, had never been successful in finding one. Aunt Mae had raised him since he had been in his teens; and unable to take living there anymore, he moved to North Carolina in search of a new life. This proved to be an excellent decision because it was in North Carolina that the Chariot for Charity organization had begun. This charity organization worked on raising funds through donated cars for breast cancer patients and to increase breast cancer awareness. Adrian immediately signed up when he heard about it, because it seemed the perfect way to deal with his grief.
